Assisted persons with disabilities in obtaining disabled placards and license plates. Assisted customers with all other tax matters. Researched property tax problems and provided solutions to the taxpayer.

8/2006-6/2007 Irving Independent School District Irving, TX
Duties: Worked for principal & 2 assistant principals of an elementary school. Translated documents, also translated for parents that came in to the office. Typed correspondence for the principals and teachers. Took messages for all staff. Sent out important reminders for parents and also helped in nurses office and throughout the school.
