• Provided leadership and direction to Bank of America Project Managers and approximately thirty (30) outsourced regional Project Management teams and their management. Utilizing 98% of a $300M budget, executed over 600 projects and programs annually in support of workplace initiatives impacting multiple lines of business, enterprise operations, product lines, and business processes.

Senior Manager, Global Contract Strategy & Services (2001 – 2006.) Lead a matrixed virtual global team supporting CRE’s worldwide resource strategies. Worked with CRE Theater Directors, functional managers, and business groups, in support of efficient and cost-effective execution of their business.

o Managed a remote team of Theater-based Contract Strategy & Services Managers and ensured alignment of Theater business and cultural needs with Global Corporate and CRE goals, objectives, and initiatives. Four (4) direct reports included Global RE Contracts Specialist and three (3) Senior Managers of Contract Strategy & Services throughout the Americas and EMEA.
