Earned a promotion as the organization grew and was challenged to manage an increasing workload and tight budgets without adding employees. Currently support a team of 23 site directors in four departments across 18 commercial health clubs to exceed revenue goals of millions of dollars each month. Conceive, develop, implement and maintain quality control of relevant value added revenue generating programming for the Club One organization. Audit bonuses each month for each of four departments in 18 clubs by cross referencing recorded data to confirmed profit and loss statements. Manage the Club One internal database of information documents and standard operating procedures. Created and maintain the internal career center and new client experience.

Currently in the process of restructuring and revitalizing the company organizational structure by changing employee duties, leveraging salaries, and creating synergy between departments. (2011)

Rebuilt and conceived a customized branded sales and marketing platform through software called Visual Fitness Planner to provide a turn-key system for capturing and integrating new clients (2011).

Created a comprehensive Director reference manual for 18 health clubs to provide the necessary tools to support employee training (2010).

Managed 13 health clubs; fitness and group fitness department managers throughout Northern and Southern California. Hired staff and provided the tools necessary to be effective while creating comprehensive training guides for future hires. Daily activities included leveraging fitness revenue and maintaining quality complementary services.

Created a department survey to tally and compute the NET PROMOTER SCORE (NPS) for 18 commercial health clubs. The second year the survey was conducted the NPS for the organization increased by 3% (2009-2010); which reflects positively on the changes made by receiving customer feedback.

Played a key role as a member of a team that created a branded weight management program called "LiteNUp". This program invites weight management consultants and life coaching into the health club environment.
