UNIT SUPERVISOR & STAFF NURSE – Burn Intensive Care Unit 2009–Present
Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center, Lafayette, LA
Note: PRN since 4/2011 – Alternate supervisor & staff title depending on unit needs on a given shift.

 Promoted to Unit Supervisor in less than 6 months.
 Helped modify process and techniques for wound care taught to junior nurses.
 Assisted in implementation of new patient tracking system, resulting in improved patient care.
 Developed the Patient Intake Referral and Outpatient Clinic Patient History & Assessment forms which streamlined the Burn Unit admittance process. These forms are still used today.
