PERSONAL STATEMENT
I was a Fellow nurse at Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center. My duties involved mostly on adult and senior health cares. I was assigned and rounded at the different area of the hospital and I was last stationed at the Surgical ward.

My responsibilities include administering medication, vital sign monitoring, ensuring safety of patients at all times, rendering both independent and dependent bedside and nursing cares, performing nursing assessments and documentation, as well as admitting and discharging patients and performing the duties and function of a regular staff nurse.

I had acted as a personal nurse of my grandmother from October 2010 up to her demised on December 2012. During my absence in the hospital, I tend to update my nursing skills by attending seminars and other related medical trainings up to the present.
