OBA Auditor (Out of Box Audits)
Responsible for providing OBA (Out of Box Audits) inspections and audit units reporting the results of the audits, responding to and reporting the results of the audit, reporting their findings into the data collections system. Communicating immediately to operations when there is a minor OBA failure when not completely cleaned, when security bag seals are missing, conducted visual inspections criteria, ensured that the unit was properly packed and that labels were applied properly, conducted test verification and inspected the product (s) for proper labeling of commode and serial numbers. Products inspected included telephones, servers, controllers, circuit board, hard drives, and software. Additional duties included serving as calibration coordinator where I provided weekly calibration updates for production equipment and as ESD coordinator where I conducted as ESD (Electronic Static Discharge) audits for the production site to ensure employee safety equipment use and compliance (glasses, gloves, shoes, smocks) and a safe work environment. I was responsible for notifying management if non-compliance occurred and if corrective action was required.
